Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy ("Policy") explains how Minogra Inc. uses cookies and similar storage technologies on the Minogra platform (the "Platform").
Section 1. What Are Cookies
1.1. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include localStorage, IndexedDB, and sessionStorage, which serve comparable purposes.
Section 2. Categories of Cookies
2.1. Essential. Required for the Platform to function; always active and not subject to consent.
2.2. Functional. Remember preferences and settings to enhance usability.
2.3. Analytics. Measure usage and performance to improve the Platform and to show sellers how their store performs. Set only with your consent. The single analytics cookie is mn_aid (Section 3); it holds a random visitor identifier and a visit identifier — no name, email address, IP address or account reference — and the usage events it links to are processed by Tinybird in the EU (Frankfurt). Providing this data is voluntary, and withdrawing consent deletes both the cookie and the events linked to it (Privacy Policy, Section 8).
2.4. Marketing. Support relevant promotional content, used only with consent.
Section 3. Storage Technologies and Retention
| Technology | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Cookies | General operation and preferences | Up to one (1) year |
| localStorage | Durable client-side preferences | Until cleared |
| IndexedDB | Structured client-side data | Until cleared |
| sessionStorage | Transient data | Browser session only |
3.1. Cookies we set ourselves.
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Set when | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
gdpr_consent |
Essential | Remembers the consent choices you made in the banner | On your first choice in the banner | One (1) year |
mn_aid |
Analytics | Random visitor identifier and visit identifier used to count returning visitors and group events into visits | Only after you consent to analytics | 180 days from when it was first set; activity does not extend it; deleted immediately when you withdraw consent |
3.2. On the marketplace both cookies are shared across minogra.com and its subdomains so that your choice follows you between them. On a seller's own storefront domain they are set for that domain only. Neither cookie is a login credential.
Section 4. Managing Cookies
4.1. You may reset your consent preferences at any time from this page. Withdrawing analytics consent deletes the mn_aid cookie at once and queues the usage events linked to it for deletion.
4.2. You may configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies; doing so may affect Platform functionality.
4.3. Clearing your browser data removes locally stored information.
Section 5. Third-Party Cookies
5.1. Certain third-party service providers may set cookies in connection with services they provide to us. Their use of cookies is governed by their respective policies.
Section 6. Updates to This Policy
6.1. We may amend this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
